Sliced Red Onion

2 C White Vinegar

2 T Sugar

2 Limes (juiced)

1 TSP Salt
Add onion and peppers to a jar. Boil remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour hot liquid over onions and peppers. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Tip: You be the judge of the onion-to-pepper ratio! My family loves a 50/50 split.
