About Betty Stringer

Hi, I’m Betty Stringer — a licensed Realtor® and Broker Associate proudly serving Monterey and San Benito County. Having grown up around real estate, I bring both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the buying process to every client I serve. 

I officially joined the Homes by Henson Team in 2017, working alongside my mom and mentor, Chantel Henson. From day one, I was immersed in real transactions — contracts, negotiations, inspections, timelines, and client advocacy. That experience allowed me to develop a strong foundation in real estate strategy and ultimately earn my Broker’s License in 2020.

I specialize in helping buyers navigate the home-buying process with confidence, whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, relocating, or purchasing an investment property. I’m known for being highly detail-oriented, patient, and educational — I believe my clients deserve to fully understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it before making such an important decision.

My approach is hands-on and supportive. I guide my clients step by step, breaking down contracts, contingencies, and market conditions so nothing feels overwhelming or unclear. The goal is never pressure — it’s clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making.

In addition to working directly with clients, I stay connected through social media and our YouTube channel, where we share real estate tips designed to educate, empower, and inform buyers and sellers throughout Monterey and San Benito County.
